How long does it take to process a refund?

At ShoeMania, we want to ensure you have a smooth experience, even when it comes to refunds. Please note the following regarding our refund process:

• Processing Time: Refunds may take longer than 15 days to process. We appreciate your patience during this time.
• PayPal Refunds: For purchases made via PayPal, we do not process refunds directly to your PayPal account. Instead, we will ask for your debit card details to deposit the refund directly to your bank account.
• Store Credit Option: Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit for the amount of the refund. This allows you to use the credit to purchase anything from our store.
